To any one dealing with Donna Rowlands, please be careful! She claims to be a good country person and her word and values are strong, however we experienced different with her selling a listed property under us after an agreement was in place. Make sure you sign up immediately has she has no morals when it comes to verbal agreements pending signatures next day or there after! I challenged her on her continued lip service she provided on the day of viewing "3 hours" of which she claimed her good country values and her word were strong! On being advised Donna had signed another offer, I reminded her of these strong values -lip service and her blunt arrogant reply was"I can live with my self knowing I have gone against my word with you. Speaking with other agents they all said this was very unethical behaviour and there were plenty of options for her to keep us in the deal.
