Great overnight stop. It has brought us back 3 times in the last few weeks. We have shopped locally in Woodford and stayed in paid camping. Thanks for providing an area for us long term travellers who need a free nights camping.
Stopped here with our campervan overnight. A couple other cars around but enough space to have some privacy. Toilets pretty clean. Of course it always depends on the other people there but we (two girls) felt very safe.
It's a park. Good place for a rest stop if you are doing a long drive with the kids.
Enough space for everyone to spread out and have a bit of privacy. Plenty of shade and benches and the toilets were clean. Not much more you can expect from a free site. Some road noise but it was minimal through the night and never woke us up.
Relaxed great stop over. A lot of traffic using amenities but by 7.00 all quiet. Sunsets are good.
