Sergio at Fix Podiatry is amazing. At the start of this year I booked an appointment because my knees were so sore I took pain killers most mornings before even starting the day. I couldn't even think about running, and if I did run, I nearly couldn't walk for up to a week afterwards. At the first consult I jokingly asked how long until I can play touch football again (when all I really wanted was the pain to go away a little) and Sergio answered seriously about 6 months and we'll see how it's going. Long story short scored 3 tries at Woodford Touch a couple weeks ago and sitting here typing this with no pain in my knees at all. So thank you very much, I really appreciate it.
